Hello there!

I grew up in the Philippines with my parents, brother & sister, grandparents, uncles, aunts, and cousins. We are a tight knit family and they have helped shape my life. Entrepreneurship and real estate run in my family from my grandfather down to his grandchildren. After college, I decided to do the "unthinkable" by leaving the Philippines and moving to the United States to pursue a career in medicine. I fell in love with Infectious Disease because infections can happen in every part of the body. It is the connection between humans, pathogens, and the environment- it embodies this ONE WORLD concept. I remember growing up thinking I wouldn't want to be an entrepreneur and that I wanted a "stable" job. I did not realize that 20 years later, I would be a serial entrepreneur with a passion for real estate.  I also enjoy traveling with my family, with friends, and even solo. I have set a goal of going on vacation every three to four months. I am able to do this by purchasing discounted airfare and hotel stays with earned credit card points through our businesses.
