5 Common Questions I Get Asked

Hi my friends! I am often stopped in hallways, asked over a phone call, and over shared meals these questions about my real estate journey. I'd like to share them with you.

1. How much time do you spend on real estate investing? In the beginning, a lot! It's a new skill you have to learn. After your first set of properties, you will need a team to help you scale. It also depends on your strategy - do you want to hand the property over to a property manager so you are hands off? Or would you like to be hands on in the beginning to really get to know your business?

   
   

2. How much work do you do? My answer is similar to above. It depends on how much you want to be involved in your business.

   
   

3. What do you do when your spouse is not too excited in the beginning? You only need one person to support you, and that is YOU. I support you, so now you have TWO people who support you. When you start increasing your net worth, your partner will start to wonder what you are doing and will be eager to help.

   
   

4. Can you do this if you do not have a partner? Of course! Sometimes, it's even better since you can make decisions much quicker.
