Your Brain
The number one asset I invest in is my brain. I am always learning and taking courses to help me grow personally and financially. Whenever I take a course, I go all in and listen to all the material and apply it as best as I can. I am enthusiastic and I always keep an open mind because there is always something new to learn. I listen to the people who have gone further than I have, I take notes and learn from mentors. I am always reading. I am always practicing my creativity – I treat is as a muscle that needs repetition and heavy lifting.
Your Health
I invest in my health. I do cardio and strength training 2-3x per week. I do my best to choose plants and eat a healthier version of something. I am always moving. I believe that my energy and vitality come from the food I eat and the training that I do. Of course, there are some health problems we have no control over – but I do exercise awareness over the factors that I can control such as my food, my physical activity, my weight, and my stress
levels.
Your experiences
I love to travel. I love experiencing new cultures, new food, and exploring new places. I do not skimp on travel. I eat the food, I see the sights, I do the tours 😊 These memories bring infinite amounts of ROI. Remembering these moments gives me instant joy and gratitude.
People
I invest in people. I invest in my family, my friends, my community – these are time, resources, and/or monetary investments. If you truly believe in someone, invest in them, see them grow.
Assets that are profitable
I love investing in real estate. I only invest in things that I understand. Sometimes taking a course gives me the push and confidence to move forward. I do not get confused. If an investment confuses me, I don’t do it.
